The Development of a Senior Living Project spans four to five years from the time an appropriate site is secured. Senior Living Pro adds significant value from the beginning with Market Feasibility reviews and throughout the first year works to establish market pricing, Pro forma modeling of rates and fill period, and moves onto functional program development and comprehensive marketing strategy.

Presentation Center

After the architectural working drawings and municipal approvals are completed, somewhere around year three, construction begins. Senior Living Pro will return in the last 18 months of a project to open the Sales Presentation Centre, recruit, onboard, train and actively coach the sales team and lead all communications, advertising and promotion strategy execution.
