Vistamere Retirement Residence started experiencing occupancy pressures during a period of intensification of competitors and new buildings in the Oakville market. Vistamere struggled to find the positioning that matched the brand and deliver at that level in addition to being noticed in a crowded senior living market.
This Senior Living Pro marketplace experienced explosive growth with no less than five recent new builds in their primary market area. The competition had stolen the top market positioning that Chelsey Park Retirement Community had enjoyed and profited from for years.
